    Our shop works with CTT and we only make deliveries in Standard with a term of 7 to 12 working days  and the postage charged are as follows:

    National Shipping
    - for purchases of less than € 40 the cost is € 4.20
    - for purchases over 40 € the postage is free (only for Continental Portugal)

    Shipping to Acores and Madeira Islands

    - for purchases less than € 100 the cost and € 9.50
    - for purchases over € 100, postage is free

    European Shipping

    - for purchases less than € 100 the cost and € 9.50
    - for purchases over € 100, postage is free

    Carilor sends an email upon dispatch of your order with the transport registration number, allowing you to track its entire journey on the CTT website.

    If you are not satisfied with the items purchased in our online store, you can proceed with an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, except during the special Christmas period where you benefit from this procedure until January 31 of the following year (applied to purchases between November 1 and December 24).     Shipping by CTT (post)

    For returns, you can not do the same in physical store. You should send your article to us, informing us first of your intention with an email to The articles that you want to return, must be sent by mail (CTT) to the address:

    When you wish to make a return, please note the following points:
    1. We will only accept returns of articles in the same state in which they were sent.
    2. Articles must always be accompanied by their invoice.
    3. Carilor will review the returned product and inform the customer of the right to the refund. As a rule, Carilor  will refund within 2 working days.
    4. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.
    5. The shipping costs for our address are the responsibility of the customer.
