  • Where is my order?

    To find your order, follow these steps:

    Delivery to your home:

    - If the "Delivery to your home" option was selected, you will receive an email with the CTT tracking number at the time it is sent. It is possible that this email will be sent directly to your SPAM folder, please also check the spam folder.

    - Once you have located the tracking number, you will be able to track your order through the CTT website.

    .- If you notice a delay in shipping or the need to set a new delivery date, please contact the CTT post near your home directly.

    Store collection:

    - When your order is ready, the store will contact you so you can pass and collect your order.
    - If you have questions about the status of your order, you can check the status via the contact form.


    Our store works with CTT and we only offer standard deliveries with a 5 working day deadline (express service is coming soon) and the shipping fees are as follows:

    National Shipping

    • For purchases under €40, the cost is €4.20
    • For purchases over €40, shipping is free (only for mainland Portugal)

    Shipping to the Azores and Madeira Islands

    • For purchases under €100, the cost is €9.50
    • For purchases over €100, shipping is free

    European Shipping

    • For purchases under €100, the cost is €9.50
    • For purchases over €100, shipping is free

    Carilor sends an email upon dispatch of your order with the transport registration number, allowing you to track its entire journey on the CTT website.


    Shopping in our online store is simple and secure:
     1. Choose the items you like the most by browsing our News, Watches and Jewelry catalog or by directly searching the product.
    2. After finding the item you want to buy, click without the “Add to cart” button.
    If you are choosing a ring or bracelet it is important to select the size you want. If you are unsure about the right size, see our Size Guide.
    3. The item is added to your shopping cart, so you can continue browsing our page or complete your purchase.
    4. When you are ready to complete your purchase, you must access your "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the "basket" icon that will appear in the upper right corner of the site.
    5. After clicking on the icon, you will be taken to a checkout page with your shopping cart summary. On this page you can enter, if you have one, a discount code or activate the use of Discount Values ​​of €10 (valid for card customers).
    6. The next step is to log into the Madisson website, choose one of the following options: "Already registered customer?" where you must login or “Not a registered customer” where you can register as a new customer or source by not referring, just name, email and address.

    7. After logging in or registering on the website, you must select "Where you want to receive your order" and "Select payment method".
    8. To complete your purchase, you must accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the "Pay Safely" button.
    9. If you choose VISA / MasterCard and Paypal as payment method, you will be redirected to the respective pages to complete the payment.
    10. Upon completion of payment and respective online purchase, you will receive in your registration email all the details of your order, delivery and billing data.

Exchanges and returns

  • I am not satisfied with the product purchased. How should I proceed?

    If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from our online store, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges and returns are only valid as long as the product is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all accessories.
    During special Christmas season, the exchange period will be extended until January 31st of the following year (applied to purchases between November 1st and December 24th).

    To request a return, you can do so within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. You must follow these 4 steps:

    1. Return record

    Access order history in your personal account at
    - If you made the purchase without registering on the website, you can access the link sent in the dispatch notice email for your order;

    Access the respective order and choose the return option:
    - If the payment was made by MBWay or Multibanco, you must fill in the IBAN in the return registration for the refund to be made.

    2. Collection

    Choose which collection method you want (2 available options):
    - Delivery at Madisson store: no order and return registration on the website is required.
    - Shipping to Madisson address: the entire process is handled by the customer with the carrier of their choice. The address is Rua Vasco da Gama Cortes Reais Building Store 6

    3. Shipping

    - Place the product(s) you want to return/exchange inside a package with the purchase document (you can reuse the shipping envelope);
    - Close the box, remove the shipping label or apply the return label on the outside of the package, taking care to completely cover the previous label.

    4. Refund

    As soon as we receive your return, it will be analyzed. If the products are in compliance, you will receive a refund within 2 working days, using the same means of payment as the order.
